Well, I have to say first and foremost, how proud I am of the entire team and what they achieved, created, innovated, designed, redesigned, improved, enhanced and deleted in the 40 days leading up to the actual audit. Each one came and congratulated me on the audit outcome, and I told each that is was more about what they had achieved in the time leading up. Also need to thank their families that have put up with the huge hours.
The Auditor was an amazing lady who had been auditing RTO's for 20+ years, was so passionate about the VET sector and shared her knowledge openly and freely. She took time to explain the changes she suggested and why. Lots of 'tid-bits' to add to what she already thought were good systems.
It was a great experience for all involved. And it was absolutely nothing like the horror stories I heard from other organisations. I have learnt so much and felt hugely relieved that we are on the right track, because often when you call help lines - they are not super helpful (surprisingly).
My next thanks is to the Cooper McKenzie Marketing team - particularly Carl and Michael. Nothing is ever too much or too hard. Even my SOS calls are answered promptly and efficiently, even when I do not know how I have completely deleted entire components specifically designed for my website.
