At TCCA we try to support each other and have each other’s back both at work and in life.
Of late there has been a lot of complaining about our
* clothes not fitting
* how often we were getting sick
* how tired we were
* our backs hurt
* our legs hurt
* we got short of breath while we ate lollies
This is all done while we are drinking coffee, saying how we should all be exercising more! Until now…..
It was decided that Kerry (our Director of First Impressions, who is also a qualified personal trainer), would start an office wellness program. So yesterday we started ............ slowly .......... with a talk on basic nutrition and options for a healthier diet, and locked in some days for team exercise! For real!
Starting Monday we will be completing our food diaries and upping the anti on exercise (which for some of us was non existent).
Follow us on our journey to better health. This comes with a warning - IT WILL NOT be pretty! But it is sure to be packed with laughs and you might even pick up some tips and a few recipes along the way.
