The last couple of weeks training has been a bit hit and miss - what with family commitments, traveling for work and things happening here in town we have had to fit training in when we can
Slowly we are learning a bit more about mindful eating and making a conscious effort to eat better and drink more water and less alcohol – you know who you are!
Starting to notice a little looseness in some clothes and just generally feeling a little better
All of the whinging is an indication that morning sessions are working!
One of the team has purchased the new Garmin watch and finding that it is keeping her on track and monitoring the steps for the day. It politely buzzes everytime it wants you to move, which is not cool during the day, when you have a computer based job, however it is working on reminding her tat she needs to do some more activity in the afternoon.
