Sometimes its little things that can be the catalyst for a change, as one of our team discovered the other day. While they are working hard during their training sessions and trying!!! to be mindful with their eating they were just plodding along …… a photo, posted on facebook tipped the scales (pardon the pun) for one of them to really start to up the ante and become just that bit more committed. They have started to do some exercise outside of their sessions and to do some meal prep so they are prepared to make some better choices.
We will be conducting assessments again this week, so looking forward to seeing some small changes in stats. But at the end of the day, I know they are feeling better, have more energy and as one commented starting to get their mojo back.
So whether it’s a photos, a special occasion or birthday or just feeling better that gets you started - the hard part is starting.
